I see this happening so often. Parents will spend so much money on their kids, buying them books they can’t read, puzzles they can’t comprehend, and overlooking the simple toys that are really enjoyable to someone in that age group like a ball, or simple blocks you can stack on each other (not the small ones, or the megablocks kind, **** those cardboard blocks the size of a box of tissue paper).
My brothers spend so much more time stacking up these blocks and knocking them down, or throwing balls everywhere, compared to the 2 minutes they spend holding onto a remote control monster truck trying to figure out how it works or what it does.
