Do we need licence to start kids reading group over summer?

We were plotting to start a reading and writing group for kids K-3 grade over t he summer. In this we would meet kids for 2-3 hours two times a week and learn to read and write.

Vidya Balan launches Childrens Book

Vidya Balan who has shed about 10 kgs and is looking extremely stunning off late launched a children book along with the fantastic fantastic gulzar saab. The launch was held at Crosswords amongst a whole bunch of street children. The books are audio books and thus have a plus advantage for children who can read and hear at the same time
