What is a good topic to write a young childrens book on for my younger cousins?

my cousin are coming to visit and i like writing tales so i thought i would make them a childrens book. they are 4 (girl) and 7 (boy)

so does anyone please have any thoughts on what i should write it about

should i do it like a metaphor and have them be the characters and make them animals, knings, quenns, knights

i have no thought

please help me
