where can I get my Childrens book published and on the shelves?

Lulu.com might work…. I dunno though. You could try it! Excellent luck =P, and if you get your book published say thanks Yzabelle in the acknowledgments! LOL.
You need to get an agent. You get an agent by submitting query letters, if an agent likes your letter they will represent you, then they submit to publishers and publishers get the book on the shelf.
There’s a lot you need to learn about the industry to get published. I suggest checking out the query shark site, and query tracker. (Query tracker list agents and what genres they represent.)
Don’t do any “self publishing” if you want to be respected and make money. Places like author house and lulu cost you money and that’s not how its supposed to work. Also they might have the book available to order at actual stores but the stores won’t really carry the book.
